Our Grounds Maintenance Division provides a comprehensive, all-inclusive horticultural management package that is vital to insuring the long-term success of the landscape project. While the Landscape installation process gets the most attention, and is the most glamorous, it is the quality of the ongoing plant care that allows for the landscape to reach it’s full potential.

Just about anyone can cut grass and blow leaves, but very few contractors have the horticultural background and resources to professionally “Manage” your property. Mark D. Levy Horticultural Services has made a major commitment over the past 7 or 8 seasons to recruit a qualified, energetic and competent staff with the capabilities to provide the quality of grounds care that just didn’t exist in Westchester County. Let’s face it, our company is only as good and as reputable as the people we employ.

We have worked extremely hard to find good people first, that not only have the required knowledge to get the job done, but have a great attitude, are personable and most importantly geared towards customer service.

The division has been subdivided into 2 main departments, Commercial properties and Residential properties. Although the core services are similar, there are many differences in the way we approach a Residential site as compared to a Commercial property.
